At TinyTwist, we deliver adorable accessories to your doorstep with care and sparkle.

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed on the same business day.

1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and fulfilled the following business day.

2. Delivery Time

2.1 Express delivery across Lebanon takes 2-3 business days. Standard delivery across Lebanon takes 3-5 business days, depending on location.
Orders are shipped Mon-Sat at 10:00 AM with a third-party delivery company.

2.2 Delays may occasionally occur during holidays or due to third-party logistics issues.

3. Delivery Cost

3.1 Standard delivery cost is $5.

3.2 Express delivery cost is $7.

4. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer nationwide delivery in Lebanon.

5. Delivery Updates

5.1 You will receive notifications by email (if you added your email during checkout) when:

• Your order is confirmed.
• Your order is out for delivery

5.2 We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Address Changes & Support

6.1 If you need to change your shipping address or have any delivery questions, contact us as soon as possible at info@tiny-twist.com or WhatsApp (chat only): +961 3 248209.

6.2 We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. 

7. Order Cancellation

Orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive a response in the WhatsApp chat within 3 days or if delivery fails to occur within 5 days. No notification will be sent for automatic cancellation.
