Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (Standard Delivery Cost) unless the item was defective.
Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund or exchange can be processed. Items not meeting the return conditions may be refused or returned at your cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You will be refunded using Whish Money within 10 business days if approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@tiny-twist.com within 7 days of receiving the item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos and/or videos as proof to expedite the resolution process, and we will replace them at no additional cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for sale items, discounted items, gift cards or during holidays.
